PASTA MAKING AT COTTURA

WHAT'S YOUR FAVOURITE PASTA TO MAKE?

Tortelloni is hands down my favourite!

Leticia loves making Tortelloni (a larger version of Tortellini). We think eating Tortelloni pasta is like eating a parcel of pure joy!

Below are the steps you can see Leticia going through to make Tortelloni.

1

PREPARE THE DOUGH

Leticia rolls the dough, and passes it through the  pasta machine

2

CUT THE  DOUGH

Next, Leticia cuts the pasta into sqaures using an accordion pastry cutter

3

FILL THE TORTELLONI

Each tortellone is filled with deliciousness

4

SHAPE THE TORTELLONI

Leticia carefully folds each tortellone into a neat parcel

5

DEVOUR

Once it's complete, it's time to eat!

OUR STORY

Made pasta for Harrods & Natoora

Joaquín & Leticia are a husband & wife team and the creators of Cottura. They both trained as chefs in the early nineties and for the past 15 years have been producing fresh pasta in both Argentina and the UK.

Our Cottura chefs have produced pasta for names such as Harrods, Pasta Evangelists and Natoora .

And now, Joaquín & Leticia are sharing their delicious pasta knowledge with hungry customers of their own in Cottura.
